What time will you arrive?
We typically arrive 2 hours or more before your start time to set everything up and get the machines freezing. If you need a specific window, reply to your confirmation text and we'll do our best.
How long does it take to freeze?
Typically around 2 hours from switch-on, depending on the weather. We arrive early and start the machines as soon as they are set up, so they are ready by your start time.
Do I need to clean it before pickup?
No — leave it as it is. We handle all the cleaning. You are welcome to empty and flush the bowls out, but it is not required.
What if we run out of mix?
Give us a call. We usually carry spares and can drop more out if you are nearby.
Can I change the date?
Get in touch as early as you can and we'll move it if the machine is free.
